Abstract

The Bateman's Conjecture proposes how many coincidences of sum of powers of prime numbers are. Until now only one coincidence has been found. No previous survey of the Conjecture has been published in the scientific literature, nor analytic demonstration has proved the existence of a finite or infinite number of coincidences. Therefore the conjecture can be considered as semi-abandoned. This paper presents the survey implemented to explore more coincidences in the Bateman's Conjecture. The codification and the production process are described, focus on the benefits obtained from the use of Grid Computing. A cluster with gLite middleware and GridWay metascheduler has been used as production environment.
