This work presents an example of a typical analysis of the phase space structure using Grid computing. The proposed methodology bene ts from the Grid infrastructure to carry out the typical computational tasks of nonlinear dynamic analysis. In particular, a procedure for Poincaré Surface of Section analysis is proposed. A case study consisting on the analysis of the so called "Rocking Motion Dynamics" is included in order to both validate and present the Grid-enabled tools. The benets of using a Grid-enabled framework are highlighted through intensive computations.
